Went in with it - we were told it’s on back order but we can give you another one but less expensive- Cody saw the look on our faces and offered to take a look and see if he could diagnose the issue. He did - and fixed it. While waiting - the staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. Real authentic customer service- the pool business is tough in NY- we live in northeast, only get 3 months! But this place does the best it can and we have experienced it time & again (like when we needed the pump lol) Can’t Thank you enough Cody, and Rainbow staff !"

"Where to start with this company " Crooks" is the only word that comes to mind. i have a 10 year old Thermo hot springs spa i have normal and maintenance changed the pumps and things of that nature on the units over the past few years. the unit recented sprung a leak. So i naturally call the company that installed the unit. what a mistake. they came to repair the unit finding everything else wrong with the unit and not repairing the original issue. these techs look to maximize these $205.00 per hour labor fees. they quoted me $2660.00 for the orginal repair after 3 months of craziness and several videos later showing them where the leak was the finally fixed the leak. but in the mist of working on the leak the damaged the hot tub exterior and left exposed electrical. after all said and done the repairs have costed well over $5,300.00 almost double the original numbers and the unit is still damaged. I brought the issue to there service managers attention and in return they are trying to refute the issue and say they were pre existing issues and damage which 100% a lie. There service is horrible and need to learn how to work with customers. and they all need a training in business ethics, responsiveness and professionalism. quick. I strongly recommend you don't use their services. at all. In response to your response to your slander of call me a liar, I have full documentation regarding your previous encounter with my previous tenants as well as you do to. Your company is going down hill do to the lack of communications with your clients and business ethics. and I will speak my mind when I was lied to multiple time by your staff. social media is a great leader in true uniformity it puts everything in the open. This reply shows how petty your company is to slander your customers instead of correcting the issues at hand. Poor service and poor quality of work. I am still awaiting a call from your company operator."
