"worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. the awful woman on the phone refused to give any information on my package, and instead yelled at me and hung up the phone. when I called back all I asked was for her name she told me that her name is “Empire” and continued to berate me. she then told me to not call again, as it is harassment. I called one time asking about a delivery missed by 8 minutes. shockingly terrible service. insane."
