"Waited almost 2 weeks for a new patient appointment for our twins. They apparently never received our children’s vaccine records, when I know they were sent over twice. I almost believe they cancelled the appointment because our kids haven’t been vaccinated yet - which I explained that they both almost DIED in the NICU from their 2 month vaccines. I’ve been waiting until they’re a little stronger to continue. Seems a lot of other people have had similar issues, and all they care about is hitting your insurance company."

"This is a top notch practice to entrust with your child’s health. Dr. Patestos is the epitome of what you’d want in a physician - knowledgeable, empathetic, and an excellent communicator. He was able to accurately diagnose a condition in my son that had been missed by another hospital. His keen clinical judgment and in-depth understanding are truly remarkable. He doesn't just treat patients; he treats families. His approach is always thorough, and he never rushes us through appointments. He takes the time to listen, answer questions, and empower us as active participants in the care process. He carefully navigates the information he shares, avoiding unnecessary details that could cause undue worry. His laid-back demeanor is incredibly reassuring; if he's calm, you feel you can be calm too. My husband and I couldn't be more grateful, and we know our 3-year-old son will someday appreciate his expertise as well."

"We have been going to Silverton pediatrics for almost 12 years and they have never been anything short of amazing. They have taken such good care of our daughters. Every staff member is beyond sweet, very caring, and extremely professional. Today there was an accidental scheduling mishap and they were extremely accommodating and wonderful and exceeded all expectations. They go above and beyond always and we love them! We highly recommend them!!"

"Tried to make appointment as a new patient for My daughter for a physical for school but because she isn't vaccinated they denied her. This is exactly what's wrong with the medical system. All a money maker. I apologize you don't make money off my kid for not being sick!!"

"The doctors are great, but the front desk staff is terrible. We’ve taken my son here for four years and after a sick visit they used to call the next day and ask how he was feeling. Now they call you for the copay that they didn’t collect because they don’t want anyone sick checking in at the front. If you miss the call, expect another call for a copay. I have never not payed a bill in my life, but the way they incessantly call to collect money is insulting. I took my son for a well visit and he ended up having an ear infection, the next day I got a call that I needed to pay a copay because it was then considered a sick visit. Another money hungry experience was getting an immunization form filled out for my son’s school, they charged $10 and attached a completely unrelated balance to my son’s school form. I was completely unaware of this balance since they never sent a statement. There must be some sort of incentive for the front desk staff because they way they will run you and your child over for a copay is tasteless. It’s no longer about the patient care, it’s a business consumed by money. Would not recommend, truly disappointing."
