"I would like to thank Leah Dunn for her helpless efforts in helping me through my process of moving into Sunrise Bay apartments. She has been over and beyond extraordinary in aiding me in some challenges that have and still occurring with my apartment. I feel as though Mrs. Dunn should be advanced to an Assistant Manager. This complex needs a second manager when the Manager is not on duty and just because she is here to help and aid residents on the weekend. Since my process here the turn over ratio is very high for staff and management. She is a very warm personality with the residents. She should be promoted to the next level."

"Josh from Maintenace is super-efficient, friendly and great at what he does. Josh always comes in a timely manner and makes sure everything is working and done properly, most importantly he takes the time and listens to what the problem is and does not rush out. He'll explain the issue and what was resolved, he even stayed and chatted a bit to make sure our heat was up and running properly before he left to make sure it was not too cold for the kiddos. It even stopped working while he was here, and he figured out the issue and fixed it the same night. This definitely makes us feel more comfortable and secure knowing that things are fixed and going to be working properly. We have had experience with other maintenance workers that did not take the time like he did, felt like they rushed out and there was still an issue. We had a cracked pipe under the sink and were told it needed to be tightened. Josh is definitely the best and friendliest maintenance crew members they have here. Every time he comes it's always a great end result."

"These low ratings do not accurately represent the actual quality of this community. I feel that people only post a review when they only have something to complain about. At least not as of since I’ve moved in September, I’ve never felt any reason to rate less than a 5-star rating. The office staff shows compassion and care in your concerns and can even hold a friendly conversation with their residents. Also, my experience with the maintenance staff is positive. They came quickly and are also friendly. The only complaint I had was the process of moving in. The leasing agent that was responsible of me moving in showed no care for my concerns. I didn’t receive my lease until 2-3 days before move in and it was extremely stressful. Fortunately, that worker does not work here anymore."

"After I had gone through others who took the application fee & disappeared/refused to return calls, I found Leah. She has been a God send & absolutely amazing to work with. Her professionalism, patience, & knowledge made the entire process as stress free as possible for us, you can tell within the first minute of speaking to her she has a true passion for what she does."

"Although I did find a different place. Leah from the leasing office was awesome. She literally guided me through everything. Answered all my questions. Helped me through the application process. Even found me a new apartment after the first one I inquired about was taken by someone else. I will be telling my friends and family about sunrise bay. Also can't forget about Jacqueline, she was great as well. Spent about 45 mins on the phone with me to get me all squared away. Should I need to move in the future. Sunrise will be my first choice and that's simply because of Leah. Leah your awesome, thank you for all the work you put in for me."
