"The receptionist is very unprofessional, and rude. I called to schedule an appointment and she refused to listen, she just kept talking over me and telling me all appointments are booked for the day. I asked her for a referral to a partnering PCP and she continued to say "We're booked, sorry," and then she hung up on me. Needless to say I haven't been back in a while because of her nasty attitude."

"I can't say enough good things about this place, all of the providers are great! The front desk staff are also very nice and friendly. Having moved from Crystal run a year ago, this facility is like a breath of fresh air! I would highly recommend if you want caring Dr's/nurses along with front desk/admin staff that are friendly and efficient. Thank you for all that you do!"

The care our boys have received from infancy to present day is top notch. The medical staff is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. "They are so difficult to work with. I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter for a future date and the receptionist told me to call her tomorrow since they’re all booked for today. I told her I wasn't trying to come in today and wanted to schedule an appointment for a future date. She never once asked me what day so that she could look to see if she had any availability. She just kept saying they're booked and to give her a call when I wanted to take my daughter in. Um, hello? that's exactly what I'm trying to do and you're not letting me."

"My son is 11, I have been taking him here since he was born. I USED to love this place. It was amazing! Now? Now it’s absolutely horrible. The doctors aren’t the issue it’s the office staff. The more they get new staff the worse this place becomes. Rude, dismissive and flat out unwilling to listen sometimes. The wait times are insane and the phone system is atrocious!! Never wants to ring. Goes to a beeping sound like the call didn’t go through. They turn calling off hour before they close and when I tried to call and make an appointment last week they had the calling turned off until 10am, they open at 9! I wont change my sons doctor because they aren’t the problem but the office staff is horrendous."
