"I have lived here for about 8 years now. Ever since Jon came on, he has made such a difference in the complex! Everything is so clean and organized. Whenever I have issues, they are resolved in a reasonable time frame. I had issues with past supers but have never felt safer than with Jon on the job. Thank you so much!!"

"I was looking to rent there but actually decided against it. The rents are what you would pay for luxury apartment, $1900 for one bedroom. Unfortunately, when I looked at the laundry facility I was horrified. Leaky, old machines, flooded floors, only 2-3 machines for the entire complex The swimming pool was constatly closed, I doubt they even have a working pool there. No gym or anywhere to exercise. I like the neighborhood but place has ZERO working amenities. I honestlly dont see how they can advertise themselves as luxury apartments."
