"I've lived in these apartments for over 5 years. These apartments are cheaper then most in union county. Although the maintenance crew could use some work. They have changed maintenance people about 4 times since I've lived here. It's a 50/50 of knowledge of maintenance that goes on around here. We can call and go down to the office to get someone to come to fix something and we all get told someone will be down there to fix it. About 30% of the time someone dose fix it and most likely it's a 3rd party coming to fix it."

"The leaking at the base of the toilet bowl was stopped by not sealed but by moving out the toilet bowl unit and tightened connection. That was extra work and complete work."

"Maintanence Reggie does great work in apartments just overloaded so can take longer than two days to address issue or non emergency details"

"I paid the application fee months ago and have not heard a word back from them yet. After calling multiple times and leaving multiple messages, I’ve given up. Seems like they lie about having vacant apartments."

"Apartments are outdated. There’s always a issue with the heat every single winter. There’s always some kind of bug infestation. Maintenance never fixes issues at a timely matter, I’m over it. My lease is up in two months and I will NOT be renewing it. I wouldn’t recommend. Go somewhere else where maintenance and property managers actually care about their tenants."
