"Lived here back in 2018-2019 on the bottom floor in a studio Honestly, I had no real issues being here. No bugs. My dishwasher went out one time and they replaced it pretty quick, in a couple days. It was relatively quiet. I never did laundry in the basement since it was a little unkempt, but there was a laundry mat right down the block with all the other shops and restaurants a small skip away. I really liked it here, and I hope Lloyd is still doing well as well."

"My experience is always good with Carlyle. I never had any problems. Mr.Lloyd is amazing. When I tell you he is amazing, he is amazing. He is always around when you need help with something. He is very respectful and cares about all the tenants. When you need something fixed or has a problem, he does it in a timely manner. Couldn’t ask for a better landlord. The building is always cleaned and secured. I love it here"

"I moved here Aug 2022 just after new management took over. I’m very happy living here- rent is reasonable, the neighborhood is safe, and the unit is in great condition. Additionally, the building super, Lloyd, is incredibly friendly, understanding, and especially hardworking. It seems like this opinion is shared by most or all the tenants here. He has fixed all the issues I’ve had within a few days at most. Usually, he will fix them the same day, and I’m not sure how he’d be able to do that without an incredible work ethic, much less doing it all while being as friendly as he is. As Lloyd always says, “Job well done!”"

"I’ve been in my apartment complex for the last four years and I have never come across anybody as awesome amazing, helpful, caring, and just overall kind hearted down to earth landlord, such as Mr. Lloyd is. Mr. Lloyd is one of those landlords that literally will jump out of his bed 3 o’clock in the morning because your bathroom tub sink and or toilet is flooding to come down and help you and stay and help you clean up. Anytime you call he definitely will be there. I’ve never met someone so helpful in my life."
