"Update: 2023 I have been at Elron for a little over a year now. The current super that we have, Ivan, is absolutely amazing. He is communicative, knowledgeable, proactive and effective. He has been extremely helpful with any issues I have had. Honestly, I hope he stays for a while because having a super who is not on top of things would really change the experience of living somewhere. I haven't experienced that issue with Ivan. I expressed some issues with not always getting responses to some inquiries and requests when contacting the leasing office, and JCM took that concern seriously. Within an hour of my feedback, Ivan contacted me and had all the issues that could be addressed right away completed within a few days. He has also kept me updated on the things that will take more time. The area is cool and the parking lot can be annoying at times with it being crowded or cars being where they shouldn't be, but I can appreciate and provide grace for them actually trying to make the place better. Elron is not perfect, of course, but within the year I have been here JCM has been making improvements continuously. I don't have any large or lingering complaints at this time. ______________________ 2022: First things first, Emily & Yvonne are awesome! They have been so responsive, helpful, and supportive with my move to Elron. Yvonne was great in showing me the unit and during the application process and Emily has been very helpful with information and assistance as I settle into my unit. JCM Living recently acquired the building and so they have expressed they are making a number of renovations/improvements. So far, I am pleased and hope to stay that way. I am hoping to see the renovations/improvements they told me about moving forward."

"The place is nice but on the winter there is lack of heat, the dryers also work very poorly and it takes multiple pays just for the clothes to dry. However the super Ivan is extremely attentive and very professional. He has a great character and always does a great job"

"Nice apartments and decent area. Unfortunately, there is a lack of heat provided to the residents. While staying with family over the holidays when we had Temps in the single digits there was NO Heat provided and no one on duty to answer complaints. This is unacceptable not to mention inhumane. I had to dress in layers in doors to attempt to keep warm. Management company must do a better job of consistently turning on the heat.******The response from owner on 12/29 below is false. sensors? No heat was provided from friday- tuesday during the coldest weekend of the winter thus far and we called the office numerous times and no response."
