"Nice area that looks like a little park. Nice staffs and clean and well-maintained. And there is small plaza literally have everything you needs...CVS, H-mart, Bank of America, FedEx, UPS, Halal food, Chipotle, Starbucks, Pizza, Spa, bakery, Liquor store, cleaner...whatever you need for living...even dentist. And the best part!! is the bus stops right in front of my building that goes Port Authority in Midtown West. I mean...it is not like luxury or perfect apt... but for that price...sure it is the best worthy property not only for rent but also buy one to own."
"This a relatively nice apartment complex close to NYC. It is set in a peaceful park-like setting with many conveniences nearby. There is a shopping plaza a few steps away with a Starbucks, 24 hour CVS, a supermarket, pizza shop and liquor store among many other establishments. I enjoyed my time living here."
"Affordable apartments with lovely grounds. Walls are a little thin but residents are considerate. Staff is friendly and buildings are kept clean. A bit of a hassle to apply but once you move in, they leave you alone. Nice place to live."
"Linwood park is the best of both worlds. It's quiet, serene and filled with nature while being right next to NYC. It's super convenient as it is next to several major highways and is located right behind a shopping plaza with all the essentials. The staff who work at the office are very friendly and helpful. There is a lot of red tape as far as rentals are concerned, but that's what makes Linwood so safe and secure."
"The best location and most affordable apts in Fort Lee. Plenty of parking. Love Park atmosphere. Managment and office is friendly. Building is old, but after doing renovations in my apt, haven't seen one roach or mice. The common areas are kept very clean. Highly recommend."
