"I recent had a Christmas package delivered to Avalon where Previously live prior to my new residency. I called AVALON and spoke to the CONCIERGE named Stavros. He’s so graciously went above, and beyond to see if my package was delivered to the current tenant. As it was not initially located, and the current tenant Was not aware of any package. Starvos extended his communication to me to bring to my attention that the package has been located and he is holding it for me. This level of prestige service and residency appreciation shows the standard of excellence AVALON lives up to. I’m so grateful that I was able to retrieve my Christmas package and not lose out on money. I would highly recommend making Avalon your next home!"

"We moved into the beautiful Avalon Yonkers community 2 months ago (June 2023) and I must say their customer service here is amazing! We knew we were in a great place from the moment we stepped in the very first time for apartment viewings, to the application process and emails, to assistance with moving day preparations. ALL of our interactions with the Avalon Yonkers have been great--concierge, leasing staff, and maintenance staff (Thank you Kelvin, Vanessa, and Kelly!). Communication with the community is excellent and the maintenance response is outstanding. Quick, efficient, and very professional (Thanks to Jon K. and Odell for handling our mirror emergency so professionally). The facility is clean and well-maintained, the waterfront area is so pleasant for strolls, walking dogs, or just sitting and admiring the views. Rooftop views of the Hudson River and the Palisades are stunning! We are SO very glad to have found this place and joined the Avalon Yonkers community."

"For the past 3 and 1/2 of years I’ve been here, it’s been nothing but unpleasant. The people who work here treat the tenants with absolutely no respect. Repeatedly the pipes have been burst. The power has gone out multiple times. My apartment has been flooded, there’s been brown water. Yes this is normal but for luxury living this should not happen as frequently. Now when I’ve tried contacting Avalon about the flood in my apartment and how the carpets are full of mold, they tell me to stay in a hotel for the weekend and the maintenance crew will be there in 3 to 4 weeks. They do not offer to pay for a hotel, offer food for all the frozen products that has gone bad in my fridge. Absolutely nothing. Avalon has absolutely no respect for its tenants and has disappointed me and my family numerous times. If you want to live in a luxury building, you will not get it here."
