"I have to say I honestly absolutely LOVE where I live!! The grounds are kept clean, snow removal is always amazing, maintenance is very responsive as well. It’s very quiet and all neighbors keep to themselves but seem very nice in passing. I gave it 3 stars for a few reasons. The apartment is outdated yet I am paying too dollar and it increases 5% every year. It’s not affordable, there are a lot of extra charges yet no amenities for the price you pay. I will say this though the management company is by far the best I have ever experienced."

"Very poorly managed. Service issues are never addressed. I have had a leak in my entry way for over 6 months on and off. I had to reach out to them to get a lease renewal and then was notified that they are no longer the property manager. Closet door fell off the track and almost landed on my 7 year old daughter. i called to complain and no one has yet to stop by to fix it. I call the new "property manager " and all you get is an answering service. The apartments are small and over priced for what you get. Stay away.... They are a disaster. I will be contact legal counsel as soon as possible."

"I started looking for a new apartment for my children and myself in October of 2018 and reached out to Eagle Rock after viewing their beautiful apartments online. I was contacted right away by Veronica Sanchez from the office to set up a viewing of the apartments that were available. Veronica was very polite and professional from the beginning. The lady that showed me the apartments, Ana Salgado was amazing. She was very knowledgeable of the apartments, from price down to every detail in the apartment. She was readily available to answer any and all questions I had. Ana helped me from start to finish with the entire process of finding the right apartment for me and my family. There is someone available 24/7 for any emergencies that may occur. The complex outdoor grounds are beautifully kept. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to call home to reach out to The Eagle Rock Staff. They are awesome."
