"Constant issues with hot water, especially in the dead of winter. Garbage is never taken out on time & always overflows, cars keep getting dented in their parking lot. Had a brand new appliance already broken on our first day moving in, and took 3 months to repair. EDIT: An offer was sent out to offer discounts on rent in exchange for positive reviews in early 2023"

"Went to see an apartment on 2/1, and fell in love with it. A few days later the leasing manager told me I was approved and sent me all the documents I needed in order to have an easy move-in. Danangee was the biggest help of all, she was so patient and kind, she definitely made the process smoother. 10/10 recommend taking a look!"

"Ok, I see Courtney the Manager hady review took down, which is ok, it just lets me know that she seen it like my phone calls, and never called back not responded after the review. Poor Poor Customer Service for a so called Manager of a Management Company. Terrible Professionalism and Manageable Skills..... Not deserving of the one Star above either, but I had to put something to re-writey Review.."

"I have been here almost 6 yrs. I have seen many come and go, from tenants to staff and even the name of the property. I honestly love my unit, and the comfortable living. I enjoy the little space in the back to hear birds and have some plants. Some of the drawbacks have been with the repetitive plumbing problems that never get fully rectified, the bad experience with laundry room (no recourse when machines broke down on weekend and clothing was ruined), and the lack of updates to my unit that other units were getting (no equity for long term renters). If those things could be fixed, I'd be here forever."

She was so understanding, helpful and patience throughout the whole process of finding our perfect apartment, considering it was our first home as newlyweds. Veronica was always there to guide us and answer any question(s) and/or concern(s) that we may have had. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for their perfect apartment. With that said, we are so lucky to have accepted to live at Patricia Gardens, as it is one of the most beautiful complex we have ever visited. Thank you Veronica and Patricia Gardens as a whole! You all ROCK!"
