"Me and my wife used Morgan fertility for our first line of IVF. Although Dr Olcha was very nice, the clinic was not particularly great, the services were not up to par with some of the better clinics in the area. The biggest problem with this this clinic was the ancillary staff. Specifically regarding billing, this clinic is completely inept. The billing coordinator hung up on my myself and my wife, Dr Morgan's daughter - Karen Morgan would say she would follow up and never would. We provided my insurance information to them multiple times, via text, call, and email and they never attempted to rectify the problem. Instead they attempted to send us to collections when the proper billing information was provided to them repeatedly. Contacting the doctor was next to impossible. The office staff would go out of their way to make speaking with one of the doctors next to impossible, and would clearly lie to you in the process. You would speak with one person who would tell you she spoke with the doctor and the next person would tell you that the doctor wasn't in today. Ultimately, our time with Morgan fertility was unsuccessful. We ended up going to IRMS Livingston, and had success relatively quickly. If you need anything more then IUI, I would recommend going to a better service provider. Between the lack of clinical abilities here, and the absolutely rude, and unprofessional ancillary staff, I would highly recommend not using Dr Morgan and his team."

"I have been going to the Edison clinic since September of 2022. I was under the care of Dr. Meir Olcha, who was fabulous, broke everything down, and always provided options for care, never pressuring one way or another. The decisions were left in your (the patients’) hands. He found an underlying issue which we treated. The staff is absolutely delightful at the Edison location and made me feel seen and heard. Everyone is friendly, rooting for you, and happy to accommodate you. I was able to complete all of my testing there and the staff communicates with you consistently! Trust yourself along the way, don’t rush into anything if you feel uncomfortable (I had a note or two overlooked by another doctor which could’ve significantly altered my course- ask questions), and take the time to understand your body (and the staff will certainly help you with that!)"
