"The staff was professional and kind. They had empathy and listened well to concern. the outpatient coordinator in the voluntary unit is phenomenal and deserves a raise or some paid days off. The " little pharmacy" staff were kind and timely for someone like me who is forgetful. with kind reminders when to take meds. I was wrongfully rude to Dr. Brenda and she still found patience to treat me. I have been in voluntary twice in the month of December for my own issues and failures but they have been consistently moral and respectful. the only ones who I saw struggling with the units intent were people who didn't understand the protocol and or didn't realize how unsafe and unstable they seemed to even bystanders like me. I'd like to thank the mental health workers who actually make a change and positive impact as a witness to the abuse they seem to get they persevere to make lives better. The whole voluntary unit deserves some sort of praise and raise. The follow ups with Stacy and social workers and coordinators are soft and sweet and encouraging. Biggest of thank you's from a patient."

"It's been almost five years since my experience with this hospital, I've spent close to 24 yrs working with drug, alcohol,a psych, this facility helped me tremendously getting my life back together, I knew 3 nurses who worked there, and one I worked with for many years, a behavioral facility is what y make of it, and believe me they are amazing, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart, that I've been alcohol free since I left the faci lity"

"I received excellent care here in late 2023. The nursing staff are phenomenal. The doctors are great and always kept me informed on my progress. I was very hesitant to enter a facility like this and leave my home. It really was the break I needed and they helped me get back on track. The best thing was the patients. On our AP unit there was a great group of people who were always there to listen to each other. I'm happy to be home, but I will miss the friends I made inside. The food wasn't half bad either. Especially once you get permission to visit the cafeteria rather than eating on the unit. Highly recommend if you or a loved one needs in-patient mental health care."

"I’m honestly surprised by all the negative comments. But, everyone has their own opinions and experiences. For me personally however, I was there in 2018. I waited until now to write this review to truly show my appreciation for this facility. I also would like to shout out Jared who was my therapist and or case manager at the time (Unsure of his official title since it was so long ago! Sorry Jared!). If it wasn’t for this facility and for Jared’s help, I wouldn’t be where I am today. I completely turned my life around. (TRIGGER WARNING ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIP) At the time I was in an abusive relationship which lead me to this facility for help. If it wasn’t for this amazing facility with all their support and guidance, I wouldn’t have had the strength and support to leave my abusive relationship. After some time out of inpatient and then was in group therapy, I met my future husband which my group was supportive of and guided me at the time in my new relationship. Currently in my life, I’m happy, thriving, in a healthy and happy marriage, I have an emotional support dog, we purchased our first home, and I’m currently working in an amazing facility to help others like myself. I am so grateful for all of their help. There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t think about, and thank god for the outstanding treatment this facility provided me. (P.S. I hope Jared still works there cuz I still have the stone he gave me when we all graduated from treatment. I have it on my desk as a reminder of where I came from.) Thank you guys so much for everything. I truly appreciate it."

"Please, do not make the mistake that I did and put your loved one under their care. I made this god-awful mistake and I regret it every day of my life. It's better to leave them to their own dysfunction then to put them in this horrific Institution. They will make your loved one problem exponentially worse. The people that work there are horrible human beings and are not there to help God forgive me for putting my wife in their care. I should have checked better and I should not have trust them. May the people that work there rot in hell"
