My therapist, Brianna, explains in detail each exercise, what it's designed to address, and how much physical exertion I can apply to achieve my goal. She listens attentively and offers her full support while working alongside me. I'd rather not have had an injury, but recovering from it has been lightened significantly by the staff at Kessler. "Started going to Kessler in Wayne a week ago for sciatica due to a herniated lumbar disc. My therapist Dana has been wonderful. She's extremely knowledgable about my condition, and explains everything that's happening to my nerve and muscles on my left side. I have been in so much pain, and she's so compassionate and reassuring, but mostly she does such wonderful techniques to help alleviate the pain, and eventually to correct the problem that's causing the instability in my back so I can get back to normal. Definitely feel like I'm in good competent hands with her!
