"I’ve been to the Astoria location the wait time maybe an hour or more. But the staff more than makes up for it. They are ALL GREAT. Always, warm friendly, polite and professional. The last few visits, I’ve been seen by Stephanie Clemente. She consistently made me feel understood, comfortable and most of all respected. Honestly, I wish more places were like this."

"For many years, I have been a patient at Walk In Gyno. Except for the wait times post-COVID and the facility's ongoing rotation of physicians, most of whom are physician assistants, I have been generally happy with their services. However, I am not very satisfied with an encounter I had at this Astoria facility this past year. I received misleading information about my test results from a provider through the portal system. I was unaware of this mistake until months later when another provider at this facility brought it up. Staff members at the facility told me that ‘generic messages’ are sent out, which might have contributed to the confusion when I first voiced my concerns. This, in my opinion, is unacceptable and unprofessional. As a patient, be cautious, confirm the results of your tests, and make sure to contact a provider if you have any questions. As you can see, this facility commits errors that could potentially jeopardize your health."

"I had a very positive experience with my provider- Rebecca today. She didn’t make me feel rushed and was willing to answer any questions. She also helped me feel more at ease and comfortable- after she could tell I was a bit tense at the beginning of the appointment. I really appreciated that and would definitely recommend her to friends and family. I also had a really great experience with the medical assistant (I think her name was Jolene? or something close, sorry!). She was super sweet and reassuring. Overall, the staff here are very very nice and much more attentive and accommodating than other gynecologist places I have been to in Astoria."

"Amazing place with amazing providers and staff. Place is clean and everyone knows what they are doing. Very welcoming. Hard to find a women’s health place where you feel comfortable and that you’ll properly be taken care of. Their walk-in process is amazing when something just comes. NP Victoria is amazing. Definitely recommend them."
