"4 years ago today I was in a car accident when someone ran a stop sign. My car was totaled and I was in pretty bad shape. I ended up needing two surgeries on my neck over the course of a year and a half. The road to recovery was long and daunting at times but I’m happy to say that I’m in a much better place now and back on my feet. "The SportsCare Physical therapy in Nanuet is the best physical therapy clinic that I've ever been to. From the staff working at the front desk to the therapists they all are courteous professional and friendly! My therapist Joel Justin has saved me from an excruciating pain I had in my lower back and left shoulder. The lower back and shoulder pains are completely gone! I've returned there for my knee pain a while ago. Only by the second session I have a lot less pain and discomfort in my knees, the limping is gone and my walking has returned to normal.
