"We went there for a vaccine. Before we received the vaccine we asked them to confirm that it would be covered by my insurance. We were assured that it would. I just received a bill for $179. I spent close to 2 hours on the phone to clear up the mistake. They billed the wrong insurance company in the wrong state. I'm not sure that i still will receive a bill. Avoid them"

"DO NOT waste your time going here for testing. I went here on November 9th of 2022 and got tested for both the flu and Covid. As of February 12th 2023 I still have not gotten my results. Each time I called, which I called at least once a week into December, the automated system said they were still waiting on my results from the lab. I gave it 1 star due to the convenience of the drive through BUT don’t let that lure you like like it did me. Don’t waste your time going here for testing."

"The nurse, Erin Spahic, is horrible to be around. Terrible attitude, bossy, and makes up rules because she can. I highly reccomend going to the clinic on Mulberry! I have been going there for years (went to this one out of convenience) and never had any issues. The nurse practitioners were prompt, kind, and professional. This nurse didn't do anything to verify my identity and lectured me on "being more responsible" to take another form of medication when I stopped taking that form of medication due to health complications, not lack of responsibility. She also tried to shame me for not having insurance. Then forced me to see another doctor (knowing I'm uninsured) or else minute clinic will deny me on my next visit. Nightmare of a nurse. I will never come back here."

"Quick and easy, takes our insurance, nurse Amanda is knowledgeable and compassionate. As others have said, the concept is great. Maybe all primary care should start at places like this."

"This place and concept are unbelievable! My boyfriend has had a cough for over a month, but we don’t have insurance so he just kept waiting for it to go away. It was so persistent and not improving so we started looking into free clinics and knew we’d have to set aside an entire day to hopefully be seen. Then we found Minute Clinic! I thought this can’t be as good as it sounds, but it was! With no insurance he paid a little over $100 for a diagnosis from a practitioner and then they gave him discounts on the prescriptions: $3 for prednisone and around $40 for an albuteral inhaler. Minute clinic is a game changer! Even if you have insurance the ease of not having to make an appointment and sit in a waiting room and then travel to fill your prescription. Everything is in one place and so quick!"
