"Amy Alessi has magical hands ! I was suffering from chronic neck pain for 10 years. She targeted the pain points, massaged out the tightness, worked on pressure points..and taught me vital neck exercises to strengthen my neck muscles. I can now turn my head and lift my head off my pillow without wincing! I am also learning how to use my own body weight to strengthen my bones. I have osteopenia and am much stronger now.
