"Great experience at Atlantic Sports Rehab. I had a total left hip replacement done and when I went there I could hardly walk and lift my left leg. But now after all my physical therapy I'm feeling very strong and lots of balance I'm so very happy. My physical therapist was Carly Radcliffe she was very patient and concerned about me regaining my full strength. Thanks to Carly I will be returning back to work next week. The office staff in front were all very helpful also. I highly recommend going to Atlanta Sports Health for any rehabilitation you are looking for."

"30 minutes on hold with central scheduling to schedule a consult, no response. Next I called again to pick a different phone option, someone answered right away to tell me that he can't schedule anything and I need to call back central scheduling. I explained I've been on hold to schedule something and he said "yeah that happens. You have to hold." Great customer service. I couldn't imagine the backlash I'd receive if I told my clients that I can't schedule an appointment and they need to speak with someone else after waiting on hold for minimally 30 minutes. Medicine is customer service. That's what we do and I expect better. It took me 3 minutes to reach out to the Paramus branch, schedule the appointment, and be done with the call. Wouldn't recommend even attempting to contact this office."

"Very poor experience with this business. I made an appointment to have splints made there. The night before I called to confirm my appointment ( they did not confirm) and to check on insurance coverage because they were very confused when I made the appointment. They confirmed both. I drove 45 miles to this appointment, and when I got there the receptionist said my insurance was not covered, and left me sitting there for 45 minutes while they repeatedly asked me to reschedule. Really. I went up to suite 303 Professional Hand Therapy I think it’s called and they took care of me, no nonsense. Very nice people there, I highly recommend them."

I experienced the same surgery and therapy on my left elbow in 2013 and this time around the recovery for my right elbow after tendon reattachment surgery was so much quicker and efficient thanks to the latest therapeutic techniques that healed me up and regained 100% range of motion in much less time.
