"Very negligent! You have to wait weeks out for your next appointment if you need to speak with the nurse about your health concerns."
"Service provided was great, but no one explained the costs and insurance ahead of the appointment. Bills from our First-Patient visit keep rolling in...$600 and still counting. We even ended up paying $150 for a 5 minute telehealth follow-up call, which Dr. Yuen insisted was necessary. Nobody took the time to tell us what insurance could cover and what it wouldn't, so we feel very taken advantage of. Explanation of charges and payment should be mandatory before anyone is seen by any doctor, especially by an office that charges such exorbitant fees. Unfortunately, because of this, we cannot trust this business. Like I said, the service itself was good, but we're bleeding financially because of someone's lack of concern."
