"Beware! This company will leave you sitting outside in the cold in a wheelchair for 1 1/2 hours or longer and then still not provide the trip booked and paid for...if you want service use another company."
"Jefrey picked me up at Newark today and forgot to put my bags in the car; they were left in the middle of the street at the airport for 30 minutes before a cop found them and called me. Erica, the dispatcher, refused to believe me (and the cop) and sided exclusively with the driver who claimed I didn't have any bags with me. Jefrey also failed to secure my wheelchair and I was sliding back and forth in the rear of the van with no securements the entire ride. Further, they appear to be screening my calls and won’t pick up when I call from my cell. I absolutely do not recommend this company."
"I have to say this service company is excellent- open 365 days/year- I was able to book a transport on Christmas Day for my father from his nursing home to Christmas Dinner. I was able to communicate with Helen S. who was able to connect with dispatch to order 2 separate transports from the nursing home and back later that day. Helen went above and beyond- was extremely helpful with the booking process, and stayed on top of communication via email and phone conversations- always responding prompt and professional. This company was able to help enhance our Family’s Christmas this year and Helen was absolutely wonderful. Thank you very much!"
"Very unprofessional!!! I as a driver have all the requirements for this Job and I have called them plenty of times because one lady doesn’t know what she’s doing and keeps sending me to the supervisors which they never call. Until one day I’m able to speak to the supervisor everything to me seem good but I call the same day because he had said he was going to send me an email but didn’t and so when he picked up he started to discriminated me and insulting me. I ask what happen and he responded to “I know who you are” very unprofessional. And I’ve been blocked from calling. I don’t recommend for anyone to work here."
