"I loved this place when I lived in Nyack. Yeah the owner doesn't care what you think of her or her business but 1) She has a obscure beers worth trying 2) she's forgotten more about beer than most people will ever know and 3) she owned golden retrievers. So buy your PBRs and sours elsewhere."

"The worst retail experience I've ever had. As I pulled up I asked the "woman" that was standing outside of they are open and she said "of course I'm f!@#ing open" so i said your open sign is not on. She screamed at me and said "that's becausethe f!@#ing sign is broken" nor sure how you stay in business with people like that working there. I will never spend a penny in that place. It sucks ."

I (confused), "Uh..Is this the beverage center?" response: "Yes." me: "Oh.. okay...do you carry xyz?" "No." "Oh, okay, thank y"...click. She hung up on me. How do you run a business like that?"
