Take you business elsewhere and do not reward this sort of behavior.... After reading other reviews, I get the impression this may just be the one guy... perhaps he should find another job, instead of ruining peoples day when then just want to pick something nice... retail is obviously not his calling. "York Cellars is a neighborhood gem. It's also the smartest and friendliest wine store I've found in Brooklyn. They carry a selection of uncommon wines that's unmatched in my experience. But equally important, their "$17 and Under" table is a great go-to for fun, high quality yet affordable options. They're also big advocates for small producers and woman-owned wineries. You can't leave this place without taking some new bit of wine wisdom with you. Can you tell I'm a fan?"
