"Several months ago I witnessed a woman having a meltdown over this pharmacies inability to fill a crucial prescription for her son, despite the fact that the mediction was on "auto-refill" and she had received a message stating the prescription was ready for pick up. I laughed off the incident and thought it was an overreaction to the situation. Fast forward two weeks ago, the same thing happened to me. I could not get an agent on the phone and was forced to drive there to try to rectify this issue. I was met by a dismissive and unprofessional staff lead by the Pharmacist (Rich) who had zero personality and could not even look at me as I spoke to him. Fortunately, I found a near by pharmacy that had the medication I needed and transferred my prescription there. I expected better from Wallgreens, however, it is evident that THEY JUST DO NOT CARE about their customers. Take your business elsewhere as I have."

"Can’t even do simple tasks. I wanted to transfer my prescription from Walgreens to CVS but they said there is no patient under my name which is nonsense because I got meds from them for years. Can’t do anything right in this location."
