"There was a line of 2 people in front of me and 12 people behind me waiting to pick-up medicine. There was a woman not in the line, waiting and looking to the tellers and the person in front of the line to see if they will cede to her looking request. One of the tellers finally asked is she was in line and the woman replied "No". This teller proceeded attending the people that were in line.The woman stood in the same place looking to see if there would be any gullible person that would allow her to cut the line. Then a male teller attended the woman even though he could see that she was not in line and that he could also see the line of people across from him.I looked at the people behind me and they just shaked their heads in disapproval as they were as surprised and appalled of what the male teller did as I was. Luckily we all behaved in a civil manner by not protesting aloud and making a scene. However, I felt that I needed to say something. When it was muy turn and after I had paid, I asked to talk to the manager. The pharmacist in charge came and I expressed my dissatisfaction with what the employee did. Her response was "I am sorry. We cannot correct the wrong but we are just trying to help everybody. I replied to her "I understand but please give proper training to your employees. What just happened is unfair and unjust. Your teller does not have the authority and the right to give priority to one rude person that is not following proper social manners." The teller was as rude and abusive as as the woman that cut the line"."

"I love CVS the only reason I wouldn't come back to this store is because of the cashier named WILL. He was upset because I was asking questions about my transaction. He was very short and unfriendly. Why do something that you don't enjoy. Hey I coupon and I want to make sure it rings right if you don't like it get another job."
