"The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because I booked online for my two kittens for their first vaccinations, and I had a few questions so I could be prepared before arriving. I called and called and no one answered the phone. I called over 5 times days before the appointment. Maybe they were busy. But them not answering and not calling me back after leaving a voicemail, just made me feel unsafe to bring my kittens. And so, I canceled the appointment. I also live 25mins away from them so I just wanted to be sure."

They treated us very kindly and were great with our dog. Although it was a terrible day the staff made it a little easier for us by treating the whole process with so much love and care."
