"The Colonnade Inn is very charming and affordable - our room was so cute, clean+ bright-the staff was pleasant + helpful The beach+ eateries are within walking distance + a shuttle runs up+ down the main road every 5 minutes for $2 -- We loved our stay+ can't wait to go back!"

"Location location location! 1 block off the beach and central to the Promenade and lots of shops and restaurants. It's a B&B without a real breakfast/meal service, however they have hot coffee/tea and cold lemon water most of the day and little snacks throughout the day. The room was clean and the AC was amazing, especially considering it is such an old building in high summer. There's breakfast options across the street (cash only, but ATM in the building and worth pulling out cash) and beach tags come with the room. Parking is street only for most rooms, but free on the numbered streets and easy to find for the most part. The rooms are in the small side, but if you're in your room more than to sleep and shower you're doing the Jersey Shore wrong! I would have loved more meal options included with the room, but no complaints really. Amazing family vacation and we would love to be back next summer!"

"I have so many nice things to say about the Colonnade! Where do I begin? I just had a baby, and my mom has been helping me a ton. She loves running on the beach so I decided to book her a room at the Colonnade to thank her for all the help! Toni, the manager of the Inn, made everything so easy. First of all, I asked if any of the rooms had an ocean view, and she told me no, but then proceeded to tell me what hotels I could go to in Avalon and elsewhere to book a room with that view! I was surprised at how honest and thoughtful she was, likely sending me to a competitor, and decided to give them my business no matter if they had ocean view rooms or not. Then, I accidentally booked a room for the wrong day, but she easily corrected my mistake and then never charged me the upgrade fee for the different room! Then, I asked if it might be possible to put a bottle of champagne in my mom’s room, and she went to the liquor store for me and put a beautiful bow on the champagne and everything. It looked perfect! My mom was so happy and surprised. I will be staying here for all my visits to SIC to support this wonderful business!"

"I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is! My parents spent their 37th anniversary there so I called to see if I could send some champagne or something special to their room. Toni went above and beyond for me. She made everything so easy and seamless. Not only did she set it up in their room, she printed out a "Happy Anniversary" card and set up a beautiful display with a gift card. I have stayed at the Colonnade in the past and if you're looking for a home away from home this is certainly the place go! 5 stars across the board and a big thank you to Toni!!! =)"
