"Another Labor Day and July 4 weekend stays in the books. Can't stress just how great this place is. Always quiet, clean and accommodating each and every time I've visited over the last 10+ years. Can't beat the beach badge with room option too. The location is as good as it gets in Seaside. If you're looking for a quiet family get away or just a solo "get away from it all" weekend, DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK HERE!"

"Great location, pool was very clean. The motel shows its age, and can use some upgrades. Room was infested with flies, the front desk person told us to crank up the air conditioning, it did not work. We met a couple who was in the unit and told us they were able to get another room. So why re rent the same room to us knowing of the infestation ?"
"What can I say about the Chalroy other then it's become our home away from home. If you're expecting the Ritz Carlton don't come to Seaside. The rooms are clean and comfortable and besides when you're down the shore its not like you're hanging in your room all day. The location can't be beat as it's directly across the street from the beach and most upstairs rooms have ocean views. With a refundable deposit you are granted beach badges and the entrance to the boardwalk is close and easily accessible. The pool, library, sundeck, all day coffee and morning bagels are a welcome and appreciated treat. What always stands out the most to me is the care and kindness the manager, Diane, and her team extend to their guests. We have become regulars due to her hospitality, feeling safe, secure, clean rooms and location."
"Family owned and orientated old-fashioned seaside motel with lots of fresh updates. This is the most comfortable and convenient, safe, clean spot you're gonna find in Seaside Park. I've been coming here for over 35 years. And never, ever once been disappointed in anything. Been the same family owners since it was built. Did I safe and clean? Free beach pass with a deposit GREAT pool and best of all about 200 feet from the beach and 800 ft from the famous seaside park boardwalk."
