"We arrived at the house on September 15, 2023 and we were not there 15 minutes before the first incident occured. My grandson was in the master bedroom and barely brushed against the bookshelf and a huge metal whale fell on his back! We called and reported it. They were not very sympathetic and we didn't ask for anything. We only wanted it known so that it could be fixed. It just as easily could have fallen on my granddaughter's head and killed her! A few days later I tripped over a threshold that runs through the living room and kitchen area. I fell on my knee injuring it badly. I already had an appointment set for September 25, when we got home so I declined medical attention but I did take pictures. There were several other issues that we did not report such as a metal bird that fell on my arm as I was going up the stairs. On the final day of our vacation we tried to book the same house for the following year as we actually liked the house, there were just some things we felt needed fixing so no one else got hurt. We were respectful and courteous the entire time. We did not break anything, steal anything, vandalize anything yet we were banned not only from this house but from ever renting from Seaside ever again. We were given no reason at all."

"The place is extremely clean, the people are friendly and so accommodating! Super family friendly. Awesome pool and roof deck. Close proximity to the boardwalk but far enough away to not be crazy loud and beach right across the street. I can't say enough about how much my family and I enjoyed staying here. We plan to return next year! Thank you so much for a great visit, you've made lifelong customers!"
"Extremely clean , family friendly, extremely accommodating. Good prices for the area. If you have a large truck or SUV parking is a little bit rough. They do state that they may not be able to accommodate bigger vehicles. There is a paid parking lot across the side street. They have a beautiful deck that has a nice view. If you need extra towls , pillows or blankets they will give them to you. I have been coming here for years and they are awesome!"
