"To the manager Manny we started on good terms and agreement Again I mentioned two cushions one is the worse ever just sitting on it lightly twice it became wrinkled slaggy look and it’s not the material course one seat cushion is okay from other two all I ask is to please order if I can pay for second cushion but it’s two cushions mentioned left end corner couch seat has lines deep wrinkle as well and the middle seating cushion which is worsening since day one if there’s a problem with your ordering funds call me to work it out I’ll provide whatever ordering payment is needed for second work with us I said again if I need to pay something just to be a satisfied customer this isn’t something you yourself would let pass owning a sofa that’s defective from within ,blaming the company for sending you this merchandise not your store business . Help order those two seating middle cushions and left side end cushion let me know if I need to pay extra towards it thank you help solve once for all ."
"If i could give zero stars i would. I went i. To purchase a new dining set using the lease option. Trying to avoid using actual credit. They used a different company than what I requested. The worker made multiple mistakes inputting my information from my email to the item purchased. Come to find out they used my bank account for another lease without my approval. Refuse to take responsibility and now this FRAUDULENT act has negatively affected my credit score. Beware with this store & their workers"
