He starts with a tour of the different work spaces (the framers, the stuffers, the sewers) which is very fun and interesting to see. He can make you anything you want and he is very helpful in areas of design and fabric choices (he has an endless supply!). My couch is the perfect addition to our new home - it's not only beautiful, it's the most comfortable couch I have ever sat on (loved the “sit” test - he wants it to be exactly right for the customer). To top it off, his turn around time is quick! Very, very highly recommended!"
