"I purchased furniture on August 26, 2017 I was told that the furniture would be delivered on Wednesday August 30 by 6pm. I did not receive a phone call confirming delivery en route by 5:45pm. So I called the store and the representative told me he would call me back in 10 minutes. 30 minutes passed and I called back. The same guy stated he didn't call me back because he could not get in contact with the delivery driver. I asked, around what time I could expect them to deliver the furniture. He attempted to reassure me by, sharing the delivery load and number of items which left the store at 4pm. Also stating that he knew that a table and 4 chairs were on the truck. By this time it was 6:15pm. I continued to wait , at 7:30pm I called the store back, but received no answer. As of August 31, my furniture has not been delivered. I gave one star, because exceptional customer service is most important to me. I paid for the item in FULL same day, therefore their should be no issue. If it was an issue or a delay, someone should have contacted me prior to my initial call and informed me."
