Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

"BEWARE!! This store took advantage of my elderly grandparents. My grandmother is 90 and my grandfather is 88 with cancer. Their employee Miguel Rodriguez signed them up to pay 10k for a living room set and "bedroom" furniture. When I looked at the receipt all of what was on the receipt wasn't there. My grandmother says this wasn't she picked out. Since then my grandfather has been hospitalized for his cancer. The store manager refused to listen or reason. They displayed horrible and predatory business practices. I just wish I could have been there to assist my grandparents. This is horrible and thos store should be avoided at all costs."

"I went to the store with the hope of finding a dresser. The person that helped me was extremely helpful and patient. Answering all my questions, and were patient as I asked to see different dressers. I ended up finding the one that worked for the space I had. It was a little pricey but the experience was great."

"I must say the sales rep on the floor. Super nice and extremely patient. We were so clueless on what to get and she was so patient with us. There was a big sale for Labor Day and Labor Day weekend and she understood our needs on getting no interest for a couple years and they were able to work with us. Within an hour and a half we were out the door. Overall experience, A++++"

"Was greeted by a great guy named Luis, showed me several couches and within 15 minutes I made my choice. I was in and out within 30 minutes and my new sofa will arrive tomorrow. Great experience in the store."
