"Horrible service and weird people work there. Security will follow you around the store not even trying to hide the fact. with their hands on their hips isle after isle as they make phone calls. Even if you ask them not to follow you, they will. Really odd place with an odd smell. It’s a supermarket, not Oscar De La Renta."

"Ordered delivery and got completely incorrect order, different items, incorrect sizes, molded veg and fruit. Not sure how they can get it so wrong, just proves they don't care about their customers. The city needs less business like this trying to jip hard working New Yorkers."

"I purchased a pack of blueberries which had mold, so I went to return them about 2 hours later. When I asked to exchange them, I checked the 2nd pack and there was also mold. I wasn’t upset about it until the manager was rude to me about it and told me I should eat around the mold, and then put both packs back on the shelf for other shoppers to buy. I definitely will not trust this spot again"

"I understand that it's very important for security guards to do their job well. But following one customer every few seconds (I'm not exaggerating) throughout the entire store the entire time is not normal and it's disrespectful. I wasn't even touching anything! If you read the reviews, this has happened to other customers as well. There are better ways of keeping a store secure at all times in a way that's respectful to everyone. I do not recommend a supermarket that makes their customers feel uncomfortable and watches them as if they were thieves."

"They carry interesting products and a lot of health food products, but it smells HORRIBLE in the store. The produce and refrigerated products can rot, and I stay away from those. I am leaving one star because the last time I went there, the security followed me around the store the entire time and made me feel highly uncomfortable. Please educate your employees on proper etiquette, and perhaps tell them to kindly maintain more distance from solo female shoppers"
