"Just got back from a 10 day dream vacation to Big Island, Hawaii. Elizabeth at Souvenir and Far was absolutely incredible from helping us choose Big Island as a destination, to helping us plan an itinerary and recommending activities and lodging that were all perfect for our family. All the reservations and travels were seamless. All the activities and tours that were recommended were just perfect. We stayed at four different resorts and inns around the island, all of which were unique and outstanding. At three of the locations we stayed, we ended up getting a call or message from our hotel before check-in notifying us that we got a room upgrade because of Souvenir and Far, including larger rooms with gorgeous ocean views! Also, at each location there were treats waiting in our room (Hawaiian goodies, bottle of wine, fruit and cheese plate!) which were yummy and made our travels even more special. We felt that Elizabeth was keeping on top of everything during the trip so we could just enjoy the vacation without worrying about anything. We will never again travel without using Elizabeth at Souvenir and Far."
