"Helpful on the phone. They have a daily ciesta from 3-4pm (they are closed for break) then they reopen from 4-7pm. They offer shipments by air and by sea. By sea costs 0.70c/pound + $11. And by air costs $2.50/lb +10. Depending on how fast you need to get your package to Poland they can help you decide your best options."
