"Booked ticket through this site and got confirmation number after 2 hours, informed me that ticket is not available I need to add extra $160 each passenger to in order to book same ticket. One of the customer guy who was very rude and not proper etiquette to speak with the customer. Avoid this site."

"I just booked a flight from Norfolk, VA to Denver, Co. for $289.97 Basic economy and paid $17 for cancellation insurance. Two minutes after I booked the flight I received a call by the travel agency informing me that the flight was sold out of economy and the only option available was standard for $365.96. When I tried to cancel and keep looking for a different flight I was told by the rep. that the insurance was only for a sickness, death in the family, etc. This was not made clear when I booked the flight. Therefore, I was backed into a corner and had to choose the standard option in order to not throw $289.97 out the window. Basically, I feel as though it was a bait and switch. I will not be going through them again!"
"This place either scams or false advertisers on their website. After I made a purchase, they wanted me to pay an additional 500 dollars in taxes. I said no, and told them to cancel the flight. Then ten minutes later got a call back saying I didnt have to pay the taxes, but was required to pay 120.00 per person for insurance. Again said no. Just filed a FTC fraud report on this company. BE AWARE, DO NOT USE THIS COMOANY."
