"Horrible business! This company does not have an emergency contact, I was stranded in Greece when my flight was cancelled and could not reach anyone from this company to help me, they do not accommodate the different time zones so I had to wait all day until they opened up. When re-booking my flights this company tried to charge me $185 for a new ticket to my home state when the AA representative said all they had to do was re-issue my ticket and there would be no fee, so the airline charged me $60 for them to re-issue my ticket basically doing the travel agents job. They did not reimburse me the fee, I am disgusted and would never use this company again. They run away from their responsibilities and do not return calls or emails. It took me 2 days to get back home!!!!"

"Horrible experience. We planned our trip for July 2020. The pandemic hit and we had to reschedule. I called them constantly to reschedule for our travel for the ferry from Athen to Naxos. They took forever to answer calls and email. I gave great detail to which port, ferry , date and time. I would keep get emails asking when and which port. I called , gave all information and still they never booked our ferry. We ended up missing that ferry and I took it upon ourselves to book a flight instead. Not trusting them to handle that arrangement for my family. I asked them about a refund of ferry fees. Which they said, upon us booking, ferry was refundable. They still said they were refundable but it would take time. Which we totally understood. For months we called and tried to get our refund. They said they were working on it or not answer us at all. One phone call I was told by Gregory, " I can not help you right now. I working with my customer", and he never called us back . Finally we had enough and demanded they refund. Gregory stated that ferry fees are not refundable and they dont even book ferries. They did it as a favor. Favor !!! They have a woman named Angelika who handles FERRIES !!! And as an added insult. Our flight to and from US/Athens. Gregory didnt even put my son down for a meal. My husband and I shared our plate with our son going and coming back they had an extra adult meal. Which my son didnt like. Since he is a child and would have enjoyed chicken nuggets like the other kids had. Use the internet. You can plan you dream vacation with a little research. Nothing they did I couldnt have done myself. I booked all our hotels and flight to Naxos. Do it yourself !! To date we still have not recd our refund. Lesson learned"

"Called this past week and spoke with Gregory. He was concerned about giving me prices for flight and didn't listen to what I wanted. Told him not a problem for pricing of flight. Wanted to put a package together for a trip to the Greek Islands. He told me that his girl would call me the next day as it was close to closing time and she was not in the office. Never got a call! I suppose they are not interested in my business! I'll be going elsewhere. Disappointed!"
