"I have been coming to Corner Hardware repeatedly since moving to the neighborhood about a year ago - and every time, I remain surprised by how flawed the customer service is. Even sitting at the service desks with no other customers and without using a computer, multiple employees do not present themselves as being available. Others have seemed annoyed in having to help- even with items that require staff assistance. And most offputting have been the unnecessarily skeptical responses I’ve received for particular paint requests. It’s a shame that this has been my experience, repeatedly, as the store is nicely organized and well maintained, with a decent selection (for a place of its size). I do like Benjamin Moore paints, as well as the coupons and specials related to Ace’s rewards program, so I will likely continue to shop here (also due to location’s relative convenience), but each time that I return, I brace myself for Attitude."
"Sometimes their ok but some of their items they charge over double the price it is on the ace website. Be wary dont get scammed. There was no sale. Otherwise they are fine."
