"I was shopping here today trying to get some groceries I needed for home, so I decided to stop for cheese and ham. When I asked the women for some, she rudely looked at me and said, "You will wait. I have more clients, and I don't think you will spend more than them. " Perhaps it is not what she said, but the way she said it and with the attitude and her arrogance, I told one of the cashiers and she told me a lot of people complains about her, but seems nobody cares about customer service in this place."
"01/20/2024 is the last time I will enter this supermarket. Check out staff seems to have a problem with packing groceries. Every store that has a Check out person should be bagging the merchandise unless your CVS where you can self- check out and bag your self. This is how it's done at Keyfood and many other stores in Greenpoint on Manhattan Ave. I didn't mention it at the time, but I making everyone aware!"
"Purchased two packs of chicken and a pack of ground beef here just yesterday. Opened them up and ALL were expired with awful smells. Do not buy meat here."
"This place is a public safety hazard with rotten produce and moldy shelves.Its pretty disgusting.Cashiers couldn't be bothered. Low morale probably due to terrible management."
"Love that place. Staff is very friendly and helpful. After buying polish chips from there I find American chips to be way too much in sodium. The salads are very good, the egg salad they have are really, really good."
