"The absolute WORST shoprite. Don't shop here if you want to find everything you need and don't want to be walked into by the mindless idiots walking around without a care in the world toward anyone else. The aisles are far too narrow and people just have no common sense anymore. I am glad there are other stores in the county so that I don't have to relive the hellish experience. Their aisles also make no sense, there's no organic flow and you end up lost because things aren't shelved neatly. It needs a remodel asap Edit to add: oh a reply so soon? No thanks, I'm not emailing your company. Clean up your own mess"

"I cannot believe the prices of some items today. I know prices are going up everywhere, but not in my pocket. I really have to think hard about where I shop and what I have to leave behind. West Nyack has never been my favorite location as the parking lot is IMO poorly laid out. Mostly I shop elsewhere. But there are occasions when I do shop here. I like the meat selections and have found the quality to be very good. I wish they had a hot food counter. I tried out the Nutrition program and I gained useful information."

"I have to say I don't know anybody that works at this store but someone has to know I'm extremely thankful for this young gentleman employee working in the refrigerated aisle named Kyle who was kind and awesome enough to go into the back and check to see if there was any Dole pineapple juice left; being there was none on the shelves and he took the time to go back there and bring a fresh box out. Those extra steps and that smile is exactly what more stores and supermarkets need. This was the only thing I came to ShopRite for....Thank You soooooo much!! A+ employee"

"Literally today I went to my neighborhood ShopRite and there was a roach on the handle of the shopping cart. If I had put my shopping bag in the cart I would have brought a little friend home. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen a pest in there but it’s my first time sharing. There was also a mouse in the bread isle during another one of my visits. I think I’m going to just either shop at the New City or Nanuet location until further notice."

"Hit or miss whether their shelves are stocked, sometimes the produce is problematic. I went through 2 months where every head of lettuce I bought was just full of aphids."
