We ordered 8ft fluorescent light bulb and the store person sold 6ft instead by his mistake. We went back to store for exchange but store refused !! This man said … I have 8ft for sale but not for exchange….. CRAZY!!!! We did not ask for refund or return… more over this was “store mistake sold a wrong product”. Most of the products that sell are available on “online” that can arrive next day these days and flexibility to exchange or return. Don’t spend time to go this CRAZY store to stress you out …. Suggestions to the store: If you want to keep this stupid store policy, at least place it somewhere visible to all the customers.. not high up by the ceiling surrounded by obstructions. No one can see!!! One more message to the owner, you should just fire that man who is very unprofessional and rude… you will lose business otherwise."
