"This store is truly a variety mart — it has a little bit of everything. They make keys! There’s potting soil and gardening supplies, sewing notions, cleaning supplies, jars, kitchenware and organization supplies, some tools, paintbrushes and sandpaper, microwaves, clocks, wood stain and some paint. I’ve only been in once but was satisfied with my trip. I felt the prices were fairly reasonable for nyc. It’s not a Lowe’s — it’s a small store. But it had a lot more options than I expected."
"They don't carry general toolkits so I had to put my own together from mismatched products, and the owner gave incorrect information about the compatibility of two products. The guy who helped me is also apparently a really scummy landlord based on some of the comments he made. I won't be supporting them again."
"worst store in the neighborhood. extremely rude owner, dirty shelves. and maybe the owner could wear a mask if she has a "wear a mask" sign on the door. I'm all for supporting local businesses but I won't be sorry when this store crumbles and a starbucks takes over."
"The old lady in the store is crazy and rude. She gives you a horrible look as if you gonna steal things from her. And most importantly, she doesn’t wear the mask ( while she was coughing). Gosh! Be clever and go to other hardware stores nearby if possible."
