"crystal in the call center was the most helpful person ever!! we needed to get in asap and she was able to do that for us. we spoke to 20+ doctors offices today and she was the only one who was able to be of any help for my boyfriends issue!!! thank you crystal!"

"As soon as I walked in, I was asked what is my pharmacy. Not even my name. Already a red flag. I went there for my first ever gynecology appointment, just turned 21 and she talked me into a Pap smear. I said better safe than sorry. Jessica Carpenter was good in the beginning, telling me what she’s going to do & walked me through it. She kept trying to push birth control when I said I didn’t want it… to make money I assume… after I continuously said no, her demeanor changed. I did not feel cared for at all. I had a bad reaction after the Pap smear, I almost passed out & asked for water. She came back with the tiniest cup, went out of the room & never came back. What if I went fully unconscious, fell, & hit my head? Uncaring service. Jessica also said she would give me a pregnancy test, but I never got one because she didn’t come back, the other nurse did after 15 minutes and that nurse just asked if I feel better I can leave. So I did & wont return."

"Hi my name is Ishika ,i had appointment today for physical just normal,The doctor was telling me that I have to get blood work done. My academy never told me that they want blood work also, they only wanted the physical, it was only formal, why because I was already doing (home health care) I just did that before. Month and the doctor was telling me that I am not physically fit and I was being forced to get my blood work done. What should I understand by this? Shame on you."

"Provider didn’t listen to me when I told her my child is vitamin deficient. He’s also underweight and told me he’s fine. No talk about meal plans. Well visit was basic - I’ll be switching pediatricians. First time my baby gets bruised during shots. Receptionists were cursing and telling other staff members they don’t want to help because they’re too busy shopping online. They were very aggressive in asking me for my household income in the lobby in front of other patients. Would not recommend to anyone. You also can never call them. So I emailed them and the response took DAYS."

"I wait an hour on hold every time I call. Asked them to fax over a referral last Thursday. On Friday I was assured BY OHI that it was taken care of. Get a call from the specialist yesterday saying they’ve received nothing. They hire people incapable of answering phones or even operating a fax machine. Take your business elsewhere. Immediate Care takes most Medicaid HMOs if you’re stuck going here because you’re a Medicaid patient. Don’t let your insurance company pay them. They are negligent and LIVE to waste peoples’ time."
