"Bad service and worse treatment. 3 cashiers were working out of 12 on Saturday evening. Waiting in line for more than two hours. It is impossible to repeat this experience again."

"Hostile employees. I was looking at the gift sets and literally putting them right where I found them. But an employee named Zarwat yelled at me and said I need to put things back where I found it. Very rude and nasty. I would admit if I was in wrong and apologize but this employee seems miserable and shouldn’t be working there. Why does she harass customer ? Burlington is not a museum. I’m assuming you expect people to browse?? Is this how you expect to keep customers. Never going back again. And also when asked to speak with the manager and ask for her name , she would not tell me. But she had a name tag."

"I’m giving this Burlington a one star because it just felt weird being there. Have you ever walked into a store and maybe took two steps and was met by a barricade blocking your entrance and having to wait to be let in by a security guard?! Well that’s what happened today when I went shopping there today. Concerned; I asked the guard why the door to enter was blocked and she shrugged me off stating “this is what they make me do.” Baffled I walked the floor and immediately saw a line that was nearly 50 people standing looking frustrated. The store is as big as a football field and never have I seen so many barricades in the form of tables, metal cages and stacked merchandise. For example, I was in the shoe section and if you enter near the back you cannot exit towards the front! I had to literally make my own exit by squeezing between two display tables filled with merchandise. When I found this shortcut out, I saw 3 people on my heels trying to break free of this maze like prison!! I’d had enough and decided to leave but when I saw that dang barricade to the exit I thought, let me go speak to a manager maybe they could ease my mind of why I felt like I was in amaze like prison. When I entered the cash wrap area, I saw to employees who looked like if they could walk out and never come back they would! I asked to speak to a manager and the guy just echoed what I said “you wannnnnaaaa speak to a manager?!” I thought I was being punk’d! Long story short the guy called the manager on a walkie with no headset and the manager basically was like “what do they want” and never came. I got the managers name (ERIC) and left! Wild!!! Don’t go here!!"

"My impression yesterday was that this store is going to close very soon Bathroom were out of service, many island without merchandise ,dirty ,disorganized"
