"Awful. Booked back to back and running late so paid little attention while cutting my sons hair I had family tell me it looks like a bowl cut I'd done at home. Then booked to go back in to fix, told it was "what I asked for", horrible mannerism, if someone comes back in for a correction why not just correct it and keep the customer happy? Won't be coming back again."

Donna took us right away and gave my very very upset 18 month old an amazing haircut despise him squirming and crying.
