"I gifted my 76-year-old dad his first facial ever: a Hydra Facial with a Custom Mask, and Kaye was professional, friendly and kind, who put my dad at ease. She listened to our concerns (my dad has mature, sensitive skin with eczema and blackheads in certain areas), recommended a custom mask tailored to his unique needs, and sent thoughtful reassuring updates via texts during the process. The only downside was a 45-minute wait, but was out of Kaye’s control and she apologized for it. Despite the wait, my dad's skin looked great — she was able to extract his blackheads and his pores looked clearer and his skin overall more hydrated. My dad did admit the extraction was painful and asked her to stop at some point but that’s to be expected for his first time. All in all, her consideration for my dad's skin type, especially his sensitivity, were greatly appreciated. Thanks, Kaye!"
