"Absolutely terrible experience that ruined my entire day. I came for a color appointment. The stylist was great and did a great job but the way the rest of the staff treated me was unacceptable. I was told there was no time to dry my hair. I said no problem I can dry it myself as it is fall outside and is very cold. One of the stylists told me not a problem. I have very short hair it took me about 5-8 minutes to dry my hair. The entire time I was doing it I saw people snickering rolling their eyes at me and making faces. I thought maybe it was in my head. As I came to pay the same exact person that told me no problem blow dry your hair told me that I wasn't supposed to do that and next time I cannot do that like I was being cheap by drying my own hair. What I would have loved is for a stylist to dry my hair but I was told nobody was available. Should have probably been something that was discussed with me when I was booking the appointment in person. It is just sad and hurtful the mean girl attitude these women had. I will absolutely never be back. I think management should really reconsider how they treat paying customers that tip 25%. Thank you for ruining my day."

I saw Amanda for a haircut on my first visit, which I love, and saw Nancy the second time who did the most amazing job to fix my at home color attempt, picture in my review. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming and the salon is just beautiful. Don’t hesitate to book in for all your hair needs!"

The rest of the ladies that work there are pretty amazing too! Especially if you’re looking for a blonde specialist. Seriously she is the best!! And the salon is super clean and plush. You will love the whole experience of getting your hair done in a place like this. I can’t say enough kind things about this place and the people who work there! And I never once had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. Although even if I did it would totally be worth it. And I have challenged Gina with different hair colors..going from red to blonde and she never lets me down!"
